Spent 3 years renting a home as a single mom with 3 kids getting back on her feet. Absolutely best experience i could have asked for. Jason went above and beyond helping me with yard work and addressing any maintenance issues promptly and I was even able to hire his daughter to babysit my kids. Kind and respectful people. 110% recommend. Even a little sad to leave!

Rental agent Jason H, was very unprofessional in handling our rental application, made a biased decision to reject our application on the basis that he knew my current landlord, began to get offensive on the phone as I described my current living situation which is why I need to relocate. In my opinion this is unprofessional behaviour.

Real reasonable people. Any issues you have, they are on top of fixing. Very easy people to talk to if you are going to be a little late on anything. Always keep the communication open. Best place I have ever rented in lethbridge. Jason Humphrey is a great advocate for the owners. He does a great job.

Started to rent from them here in July and worked with James and they have been nothing short but fantastic! They are fast on repairs and great with communication. It’s really nice to finally be able to rent somewhere and feel like we can take care of the property together. Highly recommend!
