After having the disprivilage of dealing with Kevin, I have to report Verna isn't any better. It's easier to pull your fingernails out then to get a response from her. This week I learned she hasn't been able to action anything because the audio that was sent almost 2 months prior had never been reviewed. I am writing multiple emails a night because of light fixtures and walls shaking. If this company valued its tenants needs I imagine their rankings and reviews wouldn't be so bad. Now that I'm in the market for a home, I have advised my realtor I will not move into a complex managed by this company. If only there was a way to upload audio clips to Google reviews.

If there was a 0 star rating I'd chose it. The strata team is a joke. I have a disability to which understanding certain information can be difficult. Written e-mail is all I ask for. Kevin Green is unwilling to accommodate my disability, and his team supports him by sending e-mails on his behalf. There has been an ongoing issue, that Kevin has took upon himself to re-write his own bylaw rules of 11PM. Because of this action there is now physical damage to my home. If you are someone who values where you live, or have a disability that may require additional attention I strongly urge you to consider another company for your strata needs. A team who supports ill mannered senior staff is not a team I wish to deal with. Never has there been a time I have disclosed my disability to be greeted with a blunt denial, and I don't feel as if anyone else should have to go through that.

We chose to list with Beebe Cline based on her reputation for success. What we were pleasantly surprised by was how great she was to work with. Her efficiency, her knowledge of all requirements, and her very calm style all made our experience very positive.

Definitely the most unprofessional, money hungry, gaslighting strata of all time. They don’t care about the health and safety of those who actually reside in the building or own a unit.

Mice living within the confides of the walls and eating through your dry wall? that’s a tenant and owner issue. Internal piping issues within the building. Tenant and owner issue! Disgusting maintenance of the actual buildings. We pay for amenities (there are none) paid for a new elevator years ago just started installation now. They decided painting the building was the biggest concern and leaks all over the building wasn’t.
Exploding toilets due to internal piping issues weren’t a concern. Mice infestations for over two years now wasn’t a concern.. The people they outsourced to exterminate was a JOKE too.

Kevin Green is the biggest gaslighter of all time and will fight any of your concerns and tell you you’re crazy or it’s just a YOU issue. please please stay away from any buildings over seen by this strata company… RUNNNN!!!!
