Our experience with Hunter was nothing short of fantastic. Thanks wholly to critical insight he provided, we were able to secure the first house we made a serious offer on. Hunter took the time to answer our questions (no matter how silly or obvious they may have been to some), and as first-time buyers we had a fair few to ask of him.
Further, Hunter went above and beyond for us while out of the country on a vacation in an entirely different timezone. I was surprised to see timestamps in the middle of the night or very early morning – definitely outside of normal "operating hours". He also made sure we had access to a local agent during the time he was away, who helped us with viewing homes. We never felt disconnected from Hunter during his vacation.
Lastly, when it came time for closing, he again made the process very easy on us. We were moving from an apartment into a house for the first time, and without the assurances and input that Hunter provided, I think I might have lost all my hair to stress. I cannot recommend Hunter enough if you're looking for a smooth experience with buying or selling your home.
