Ian was incredible helping my wife and I purchase our first home. He was very knowledgeable and provided very useful insights when we did viewings which helped us really narrow down what we required in a home.
He was always quick to respond to our emails and answer our questions. If there was ever a question he couldn't answer right away he made sure to look into it and provide a proper answer.
We were looking for a house for about a month and in that time Ian never rushed us into a home that didn't meet our requirements. You couldn't ask for a better realtor!

Ian is the real deal when it comes to looking after your best interests, Honest, Integrity and Trust! When looking to make a purchase, he was ALWAYS available and responded usually within seconds. He truly catered to me and my schedule. With regards to integrity, he is first class. Instead of trying to simply close a deal, he would often give his honest opinion and advice about properties, even when it meant not recommending a purchase - he is all about being patient and NOT pressuring clients. I would definitely recommend Ian to family and friends - he will look after your best interests!

My husband and I were introduced to Ian through a friend who recommended him as a realtor and we couldn't be happier.
As first-time home buyers, we were concerned about the housing market, Ian help us understand the whole process and was very patient.
He made sure to get to know our style and the things we were looking for in the house and gave us his honest opinion when it came to some properties that were not suitable for our needs, there was never pressure on us to go see any properties.
Ian has years of experience which is a big plus but for me, what really impresses me is that he makes sure to establish a relationship with you that goes beyond just being a "client", he wants you to be happy with your purchase and offers his insight when it comes to property values, design, renovation ideas if he thinks the property is not a good fit for your family needs he will let you know.
