Worst management to rent with if you are looking for an apartment in Regina go for something who charges you more instead of going with ICR their current property manager Canda Funk is the rudest customer service representative I have ever met with. She does not even reply to your mails and answering the phone. There has never happened with me. She booked us in for a pest control treatment without our knowledge and then when we prepped everything, I literally took a day off from my work. No one showed up on my door then I called her. There were no answers then I emailed her and she did not even replied my email after a week I got another email saying that the pest control will be held a week after that now no apologies nothing please go somewhere else.

We recently worked with Evan Tangedal to lease some space and he was amazing to work with. He was prompt with communication, kept tabs on all the details and made it really easy. We had a new tenant in the space in less than a month and I would have Evan take care of any commercial needs from now on.

icr’s current property manager has been very rude and non considerate towards me and my parents. They keep changing their words. They would not bind to the promise they don’t consider someone else’s mental state or cultural importance of events. They are very disrespectful and put allegations on the customers with language barriers. They mistreat tenants. Highly not recommended. Pay 400$ more and stay somewhere else Rather than here.

If you own a condo and they manage it well all i can say is good luck.. They are hard to deal with wont reply to you for months and when they do its AHHH we need to speak with the board which never happens they are hired to save the condo board money period. There is no compromise on issue even if they created them its there way or the highway. Very poor customer service and if you happen to get someone who think they rule the world your done. Heaven forbid your just a peon and your treated that way weather you have a disability or a Masters Degree. Buy a house is all i can say buyer beware

Me and my friends used to live in 2905 25th ave. Our site manager (Angel) was very rude to us since we moved in. she tried to blame us for leaving empty cigarette packets in her flower pot. One day they came to do an inspection in our kitchen but didn't find any cockroaches. I told her that i saw couple cockroaches the day before but i killed it. She started shouting at me and said we have cockroach problems and it spread to the apartment on the top. They came to do a treatment couple of weeks later and when they did cockroach treatment she went to our room and said she found bed bugs. I would have informed her if we had a bedbugs or cockroach issue. ICR charged us $1900 for both the treatments. And when we vacated with proper notice they told my new landlords that we got evicted. I will never recommend this place for any non white people.

I stayed in their apartment 2905, 25th AVE and our experience was far from satisfactory. They have four buildings around that and all are infested with pests and bugs. They never do proper maintenance of building (Please see attached apartment photographs) and always prey on their tenants and forcing them to pay for the treatment. The worst part is they don’t follow Residential Tenancy Act 2006 and always try to take advantage of situation. Site Manager is extremely rude and has zero respect for Tenants. They often behave rude with Tenants. They take videos of Tenants without permission and when this concern about rude behaviour and breaching our privacy was escalated to the Property Manager, She simply ignored it. We also request Property Manager to help us with contact details of concerned Authority within ICR to highlight our concern with proofs, but it was ignored. In current setup I would strongly advise newcomers/immigrants to avoid these 4 buildings specifically.

I am sure not everyone at ICR is like them as I have read great feedback about other property managers/site managers.
The reason I am writing this review here because I don’t have any other way to reach out to ICR Management and Landlords to provide them with proofs of how things are with these property. I would be happy to remove this feedback if they ever come back to us and hear out our concern.
PS: I tried several email request to property manager for attention/meeting in last 8 months but all were ignored.
I request all the current and past Tenants of this building to post their review and let ICR Management know.

My daughter has been renting an apartment on 477 Lorne St. N for the past year on a 1 year lease ending July 31, 2021. She spoke on the phone to the office near end of June trying to end her lease but was of course too late for June. She informed the office that she would moving out July 31, 2021. She also corresponded by email on June 2, 2021 and July 28, 2021 to give her notice for June 30 initially and in a follow up email to vacate by July 31, 2021. Now we are told once again that there was insufficient notice given and must pay another months rent?!!

This is a completely unacceptable response from a business such as yours. Please address this matter immediately.

I experienced property at Barr St, the management very nice, but the thing I do not like this their kitchen cupboard looks ridiculous cheap materials, whoever install it did not line up properly, plus pinholes are not even line up well. Even though the management told me it is new cupboard, but these cupboard won't last long. The way the cupboard looks very funny .Overall good property but super cheap materials not worth price to rent.
