This company also offers rental opportunities. I advise anyone who rents from them to ask around the community. After renting for 20 years throughout Canada (I am a professional who has moved around the country for work) - I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I am at a loss for words on our experience with this company as it was so bad.
There is no communication - not a delay in responding but 100% no communication when renters reach out to them for answers.
10/10 would never rent from this company again, 10/10 would advise friends to not rent from this company.
Terrible experience, would give 0 stars.

With CRA changing assessment rules from year to year, it's challenging for even the most informed layperson to navigate Canada's tax system. We've trusted IFTL to do our taxes and help us complete some complicated returns over the years. They keep current on the contemporary rules to maximize clients' savings. They also send out helpful reminders around tax season to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I appreciate the flexibility they offer for going over your returns - from a personal in-person, to a more informal digital submission through their secure online system. When questions arise, as they always do with unique circumstances, IFTL is always a phone call away to explain in as much, or as little, detail as is required. I can't thank Tracey Lawrence enough for the sage explanations she's provided over the years. She's as sharp as they come. Wonderful service throughout the entire organization.

I'm sure they are fantastic, though I never received a call back to indicate they are at capacity, only after showing up in person did I receive this information. May try again in the future. They seem really nice.

They are useless people, please go to Salvation Army or local MLA office to file tax. They never give exact prize details and they always have hidden charges. Even if they file tax , they never explain things after filing tax.
