Our condo corporation switched to Imperial but they are absolutely lazy and useless. They ask you to communicate through an app but it takes months to get a reply. They will take your money and give you no service in return.

Been renting for 5 years. Worst management company ever. Throwin is easily the best in winnipeg so if youre looking, rent with them instead I did for 4 years and wish I stayed with them. The management emailed me saying I would be fined for my dogs barking in the middle of the night because a neighbor complained. My partner and I woke up to our neighbor slamming on the wall at 5am, while my dogs were fast asleep beside me. I sent the property manager 3 emails saying it was not my dogs, and I asked them to call me and received no call or email response back. Then I emailed them the next day to pad the elevator because I was moving and got a response. They don’t investigate anything they just take your word if you complain about a neighbor and then threaten to fine you. So if you don’t like your neighbor, just make up a lie to get them fined! For reference, my partner and I lived at 369 stradbrooke ave. Avoid the spot at all costs. Got our cars broken into 3 times. It’s a pet friendly building with a lot of yapping animals and a lot of people that complain. They all have sour faces. No one is friendly. The area is terrible too. My lease ends in June but I hate it so much that I’m paying for 2 places for the month of May, this suite as well as a house, because I hate it so much and can’t stand Imperial. And I’m happy paying for both places, I’d spend any money to get out of there!

Response to your reply: for crying out loud, IT WAS NOT MY DOGS! Do you not understand that? My neighbor has the yappiest dog ever and while I moved out yesterday, the dog barked the entire day. How do you know its not their dog? There another two Pomeranians down the hall that I've seen run in the hallways without a leash and bark like crazy... But I'm the one who is threatened with a fine and woken up by wall banging in the middle of the night by a neighbor who thinks the noise is coming from my suite. How was I given any chance to remedy the situation? I told you via email that was never followed up with that my dogs are in day care for 14 hours of the day. They come home, then sleep all night because they are exhausted. No one emailed me back when I sent 3 emails. I asked for a call, and no one called me. So unbelievably unprofessional.
