Both times Andrew was in the driveway and partially completed his inspection of the exterior before I arrived at our start time. He took the time to talk through everything he saw in detail with us and helped us understand the severity of anything.

He was thorough in his inspection from top to bottom, and talked to us about things that could arise in the future, preventative maintenance we could perform and building practices at the time the houses were constructed.
