5 stars for sympathy. No food in the food court and many shops are closed. We visited the trampoline park and then the free indoor park area and had a pretzel. Nice for a rainy day. As a community we have to support these shops or they'll close and use the space as an Amazon warehouse. Support your local mall

This mall isn’t the greatest at the moment right now as most malls are. The interior of this mall is really nice and you can get a good exercise here by walking around. I love to see a Boscov’s in the former Sears anchor.

This mall is dated. Lacks many things a thriving mall has.

No bust at all. Many empty shops. Some closed shops.

If you want to go walk and get your steps in, good place. If you want to shop and buy things, probably not.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went to see a movie, so entered from that door. Trash was everywhere, the outside of the building it disgusting, needs power washed. The white tile floor was so filthy it was black. The movie theater was not much better. The bathrooms were disgusting. It's no wonder no one goes there anymore & they can't keep or get tenants. We'll travel to Marcus theater in Pickerington from this point. So sad!!!

This mall is mostly empty of stores, and many of the stores that are in operation are only open on the weekend or very limited hours.
There is a Bath and Body works that has normal business hours and days and a few other businesses the same, but it is definitely not worth a weekday visit to this mall.

The management and ownership of this once busy mall should be ashamed. Business are fleeing and complaining about zero support from the owners. The building is filthy. Trash is piled up next to exterior trash cans and detritus litters the floor. There’s even a motor home parked in the auxiliary parking lot.

- this mall is kind of slowly dying honestly. Not too many stores that are really worth checking out, nor is the food court worth anything either.

- staff at the stores are hit or miss with being friendly.

- overall definitely better than river valley mall but this one is also slowly dying out as well.
