Don’t buy property from them because you can’t get your queen size mattress and box springs through their stairs because drops in the down- ceiling are too low. Whereas, the customer service argues that developers can alter the measurements. Which is totally baseless.

The worst quality of home I’ve ever experienced. Breaker always trips on minimal usage, alignments are completely off, plumbing always clogs up, appliance installations have irregular fitment due to the countertop measurements being off, 1 breaker location located at the very bottom of the house making it impossible to install an EV charger. Just simply do not purchase a home from Infinity.

I've seen many of their properties, and one thing is for certain, they build great products, and great communities. Every buyer I've ever spoken with has been beyond happy with their Infinity purchase. Beautifully designed, carefully considered, and great customer support.

They will fix small issues, but will not fix big money issues (sewer lines with “swollen bellies” that should have been fixed /caught at early construction stages) paint chipping on many homes (on homes itself , fences etc) that are only 3 years old, cement crumbling.

I challenge the owner to come and do a walk-site visit
