This building is maintained amazingly and managers are very fast at responding to any concerns. Everything is kept so clean. As for noise, this building is honestly not as bad at all compared to other buildings I’ve rented and unlike a high rise the fire alarms are not constantly going off. There’s never any elevator traffic and they always have fun events in the amenity room. The mail room is very secure and you won’t need to buzz in every package. The quickest and easiest move in and move out experience I’ve had. Will miss living here overall.

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years, and it is a very secure and pleasant place to live. The management is quick to resolve any issues. Initially, we faced some noise from the nearby railway track, but it wasn't as bad as we initially thought, and after a few weeks, it no longer bothered us. It's a nice and quiet place to live, and I highly recommend it.

The best place I've ever rent so far. If you value location and looking for friendly place that's right choice for you. Very clean building with all options available on the market, especially for EV cars, that offer individual socket for each parking spot, not all the buildings offer that and optional there are two stage 2 charging stations. Managers are super friendly, easy to communicate and quick reply to all your needs. There is train and sky-train noise, but after 2-3months it doesn't bother so much. Overall 5star, no doubt!

Clean places, resident management staff on duty 7 days a week, relaxing environment in the neighborhood, a few minutes' walk to sky train station, sufficient supply of parking bays for residents and visitors.

We are among those tenants that moved to this building since the place was built and I am very happy with my place and the management . Jordan and Chelsey our resident managers and their team are doing their best to make this place clean, well maintain and enjoyable for tenants and I can tell they are very successful . For sure I will recommend this place to my friends and relative .

I've been a tenant since the place was built. I've found the Management team to be very responsive to issues that I've had. After reading the other reviews, I find it difficult to see the property management to be "mean". They've always been professional.

As far as noise issues - It's unfair to blame the Managers. First of all, it's in the lease agreement. Secondly, if they're going to terminate the lease for noise, they better get some decent evidence as under the Tenancy Act, they'll need to have that. Unfortunately, it is frustrating as a tenant in the meantime.

I'd suggest trying to record the sound by using your phone or even a video at night just to help them out. When I had issues at the Realstar building in Whalley and provided MP3s of the sound, they did do something. At the same time, they have to provide warnings etc.. you can't just terminate the lease without going through some efforts.

The building is wood, so yeah, you can hear people if they're .. well loud and completely clueless. We try to use headsets when we're listening to music or watching TV. Be cognizant of the amount of noise you're making.

We've had some noise issues from the other blocks, but I'm going to guess those tenants got turfed eventually, since I haven't heard of any issues.

Lastly - small things, they have small events like Hot chocolate time, or pizza night once in a while just to help us meet other neighbours here. It's a nice gesture that they don't have to do.

As one of the first tenants at Inlet Glen Apartments when it opened two years ago, we can confidently say we had a wonderful experience. While we recently moved on to a new chapter, we highly recommend Inlet Glen to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.
