This company should be found guilty of false advertising. Per their website:

“Inspirah Property Management's mission is to provide high quality property management services with integrity, professionalism and respect for our clients and the communities we manage. We strive to treat your home as if it were our home and dedicate ourselves to providing property management with a ‘personal touch.’”

In the five years that I have owned/resided at Trafalgar Court, my experiences with Inspirah have illustrated anything but the opposite of high quality, professionalism, or respectful service.

For example, a few times I had contacted the superintendent regarding illegal parking. Each time a vehicle that did not belong to any of my family members had parked in the spot belonging to our family, I contacted the super based on signs posted around the interior of the building declaring that parking issues should be voiced to the superintendent company. Rather than ask me for details, the extremely rude and ignorant superintendent always dismissed my concerns and stating that there was “nothing” he could do.

In August of this year, one of my keys broke inside the front door lock unto my unit and as per the signs posted by Inspirah within the building walls, I attempted to call for assistance from the superintendent. I am not sure what the point was since the super has proven himself anything but competent. Again, I was rudely dismissed and told to call the designated locksmith company. Worse still, when I did call the locksmith company the person responding to the phone was equally rude as the super. I waited 6 hours for assistance because the property management company disallowed me from contacting any other locksmith company.

Furthermore, security issues run abound on this condo complex. Earlier today, I was confronted by a stranger without a mask while walking my leashed dog around the complex. If this individual was associated with the Inspirah, the company protocols require a complete overhaul. This angry, rude individual failed to identify himself as an associate of property management. Logically, any reasonable individual would then assume the situation could escalate into an assault. The strange male made me feel extremely threatened as he was not masked, violating physical distancing while demanding if I lived in one particular building by gesturing and pointing. Since I absolutely did not reside in the building this individual had indicated, I answered in the negative. He then falsely accused me of letting my dog urinate and defecate on the property which I did not. Moreover, since I had no idea who this strange, irate man was I felt incredibly unsafe as he was clearly ignorant about physical distancing. For my own safety, I was not going to let this stranger know exactly which building I lived in. As a resident, this property management company is an absolute failure. Considering the rising condo fees, I should not have concerns like this!

They took over management of our building here in guelph several months ago and it has been a steady decline in services, specifically snow removal. It is currently nearly 12:00pm. The day following a snow storm and there has not been any attempt to plow the parking lot and almost every resident is stuck. I have called and emailed our contact and was put to directories immediately. An example of their sense if urgency - their voice-mail says emergencies during non workhours will have their call returned within TWO business days.

No handicap parking even though at least one of your residents needs it … over 200 dollars charged to cut their “lawns “ what’s that 12 square feet of grass ?
Claim y’all have window cleaners but all the windows are still dirty ?
I don’t even live there but couldn’t help but write a review due to what I have heard from your residents . Be better humans !

Sandra Arthurs is terrible at her job. There this person that have been owner of a suite for 9 year and got kicked out of his parking spot for 2 months with out any questions and now he has to park in visitors taking up space. I asked the gentleman what is the reason that is how I found out. He told me talk to Sandra. Sandra Arthurs have done nothing good signs she start manage the property of 75 silvercreek north Guelph Ont. I have not seen anything done from her for pass 2 years.

Issues I have with Sandra Arthurs
1 No update emails or mail on what's going on with the property.
2 Terrible communication.
3 Nothing solved.
4 Feel bad for the person that got kicked out of his parking spot for 9 years.

I can see where some of these poor reviews come from. While customer service is important and your condo fees are paying for their services, they do deal with some unsavoury and unhelpful tenants/homeowners. Maybe a course on appreciation and compassion could be beneficial.

Saying that, most of my experiences in 10+ years have been fine.

Ridiculous rules for balconies at Kingsbury. We own our units here so unless items pose danger, there should not be so many unnecessary rules on what is and isn't allowed.

I have been living in an apartment for over a year. Inspirah Property Management just purchased the building, and have completely & utterly ruined my living situation.

My unit has 1 parking space with 2 tenants (Both have cars). One person (Me) parks in Visitors, because Visitors is always empty with plenty of spaces.

Inspirah just released a statement saying absolutely nobody may park in visitors regardless of how many cars your unit has. Visitors passes will only be giving to registered vehicles on a temporary basis, and if your pass isn't DIRECTLY hanging from your Rearview mirror... you will receive a ticket. It CANNOT be on the dash at all and there is physically no parking anywhere else.

Keep in mind, this isn't Toronto... this is on the far far side of guelph near farm town.

I am no longer allowed to park at my own building that I pay for. And my visitors can't get a pass for the weekend.

How and where am I supposed to put my car? If this was mentioned beforehand, I would not have lived here. The past year has had no visitor parking issues and Ive never seen it full.

I don't understand these ridiculously strict rules for no apparent reason. DO NOT LIVE IN ANY INSPIRAH BUILDING.

Inspirah Guelph does not help to enforce any bylaws. They simply defer every issue to Guelph's bylaw officers. No compassion, no proper escalation process and overall their business process seems like a mess.
