I do not recommend this company due to the lack of respect they have for their customers. I live in an apartment without proper heating because the company refuses to increase the temperature to save costs. I have a small child, and we are freezing inside our home, yet no one responds to our emails.

The maintenance team has already been to our home more than 20 times, but they can’t do anything because the issue is not with the heater itself but with the central heating system.

You are treating us with a lack of respect, and this will not be acceptable.

Do not move in here if you have any sort of respiratory issues, tenants on grandfather leases allowed to smoke in some units. Our whole apartment smelled of smoke, it was coming in through our cooker/sockets/doors. Stairwell on the end of the right side of the building smelled so foul it came up through our floorboards into our bedroom, it was so bad we had to sleep on the sofa in the living room before we moved out. We pulled a dead mouse stuck on a pesticide pad out from under our cooker that had not been removed before we moved in and had been decaying under there for what looked like sometime. We moved in and out within a month. Renters beware.

Emily and the team at interRent were fantastic. The unit was freshly renovated and the building is well maintained.
