Do NOT use this brokerage, and in particular the agent Shelly Williamson. Cancelled a conditional offer and the brokerage decided they didn't have to return my deposit. Had to get my lawyer involved, as every single condition in the offer had a cancellation clause with full return of deposit at my discretion.

Wesley was a phenomenal real estate agent. He helped my partner and I find a condominium that perfectly matched our price range and was ideal for our daily commute and desired location. What’s more, he liaised with the owner on a consistent basis for us to coordinate a mutually beneficial start date for our rental agreement. In the months prior to moving in, he met with us on numerous occasions to show us the condominium, provide the keys, and assist with our many inquiries. Furthermore, he seemed to be available nearly around the clock, which made communication smooth and seamless. Rented a townhouse with the use of iPro realty, got an extremely good price. It was a bit of a hassle to get everything finalized but it wasn’t all their fault. I’d recommend using their service. They seem very professional
