This is meant to be a review of a professional corporation, but unfortunately, our experience with them has been far from professional. Back in March, they engaged one of our companies for a service, but to this day, they have not settled the payment. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and emails, our attempts have largely been met with silence, with only a couple of phone conversations with Tarik Gidamy, who frustratingly promised payment but failed to deliver.

It's been six months, and the amount in question is relatively small, making their lack of payment both surprising and disappointing, especially for someone in the real estate industry.

As potential clients seeking professional realtors, it raises a serious question: can you trust someone who doesn't fulfill their financial obligations to their vendors? If they can neglect a small payment like this, it does make one wonder about their integrity when handling larger financial transactions.

This behaviour raises serious doubts about their professionalism and trustworthiness as realtors, and we would caution anyone considering their services to think twice.

I met Ashley by chance through the Keelesdale project, but it was not the right fit for me. However, Ashley was very proactive and called me to inquire about what my needs are so that she can send me projects that might be of interest to me.
