She is very professional and works hard, investing her time and effort
to build a consistent reciprocal trust between client and realtor. She
came to each of our meetings very well prepared, explaining all parts

I found Ivona to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was her only
client. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. She was
honest about some minor changes that I needed to make in the house
