Ivonne Wojdanski est une agent immobilier très compétente qui a été un plaisir de travailler avec. Elle est extrêmement réactive et disponible à tout moment. Elle est une excellente négociatrice qui a obtenu une bonne offre pour moi lors de ma récente acquisition. Elle a travaillé avec moi et mon équipe de construction sur plusieurs visites avant la clôture et après la suppression des conditions. Elle est positive, amicale et plein d'énergie.

Je vais utiliser Ivonne à nouveau pour d'autres propriétés en tant qu'investisseur immobilier. Je vais également lui recommander à mes autres réseaux.

Ivonne has been amazing to work with. She is extremely responsive. I don’t think that she sleeps as she answers my text at all hours of the day and night. She is an excellent negotiator getting me the deal as the back up offer on my recent purchase. She worked with both me and my contractor on several visits before closing and after removing conditions. She is positive, friendly and full of energy.
I will be using Ivonne again to purchase other properties as a real estate investor. I will also recommend her to others in my network. Anyone will be lucky to have her as their agent.
