This is right at the metro station. This courtyard is large with events throughout the year. This day it happens to be October fest! There were vendors with handmade merchandise for sale. There was a variety of food choices and of course beer ?. There is plenty of under ground parking. Under ground parking with 8 foot high clearance. The first two hours of parking is free. This child and fur baby friendly. Plenty of seating for your enjoyment. There are public restrooms as well. This a pleasant place to enjoy a warm night.

The commercial spaces are half-way empty. The place was built on having many retail and food options, but 50% of the spaces still sit empty over 2 yrs after the building opened. There are some great options in the neighborhoods around Ivy Station, but the complex itself needs to really look at how they are attracting commercial tenants. The two Stars comes from the safety, cleanliness and the once-a-month night markets.

The Ivy Station has a bit of everything. Coffee, Exercise, Fine Dining, Brewery, Rooftop Bar, and they'll often have live music outside, or movie night, or even dance classes outside. It is very relaxing just to hang out and enjoy the vibe.

On Mon, Tues, and Thurs, Ivy Station sets out this game cart for visitors to use. There are tables set up next to carts with books and games. The center cart has a mousepad-style tournament board for chess with a plastic container of plastic lightly-weighted pieces.

I was going to check this place out for a massage
It was very confusing and scary. At the corner a man following two women, tried to trip one of them crossing a intersection.
Then the women turns the man spits on her try's to hit her. She was having it she was willing to fight back the man steps back says hes going to stab her, she yells facing him F Y and he slowly walks as she and her friend walk forward. As if nothing, I turn into this huge underground parking lot and I felt so scared. I am an elder with a ouch shoulder, I thought this feels scary.
So yeah❣ I felt so vulnerable in that lot, wont be going back there again.
There was security on the store front level.
But underground felt like a creepy place. ?

Horrid i went in could not find a single parking space this place is nuts!! What a zoo.. all i was there for was to try equater coffee...but still havent due to this parking sux!! I hate to pull around and around then u cant get out w o a Dam tikit!! CULVER CITY IS A PARKING MESS..

Cute little plaza with grassy area for play. Lots of free events on weekends, games and activities are always out during business hours. It’s a cute place to go to get out with the kids for a bit. The Platform is also across the street with more shops and activities in walking distance.

This was our first time visiting Ivy Station area! It's beautiful and I'm sure it will only get better once mire stores open up. Red Fin and the coffee shop there were booming. The best part is that one can take the metro train there. My kids got to run around on the grass while I sat in the shade with a book. All in all, this place is quite the gem and I'm excited to see what the future holds!
