I had the pleasure of getting to work with Jacob when looking for a new home. He always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Wonderful realtor. Jacob was our realtor a year ago, and was very kind to show my daughter and I around many units in a new area to us. My daughter needed to move again this year and called Jacob. He explained he was quite busy and wasn't sure he could help effectively, we understood and were happy with his honesty. But then he found a way to make it work and showed my daughter many units in different areas around the city. He was extremely patient and kind and his only focus was that she found the condo that made her comfortable. When she found the one she wanted, it was outside his area yet he was there for her to ensure everything went as planned, even when presented with a difficult agent at the other end. We would happily refer Jacob to anyone looking to buy or rent. Top notch realtor.
