I recently had the pleasure of working with Jagdeep Khinda, a seasoned home builder with 10 years of experience in the industry. From start to finish, Jagdeep demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for his craft.

( BE AWARE ) I had the worst experience buying my investment property because of this realtor. I trusted him completely, thinking he was my friend and would give me a good deal. I understood he needed to make a profit, and I was okay with that. However, he sold me a house worth only $480K for $600K, and deliberately sold us the worst deal he could not sell to anyone else. I know I should have done my own research, but I relied on him as a realtor, which I now realize was a mistake.

Things got worse when we found out that our brand-new house was rented to people without our knowledge. The tenants were problematic, always late on rent, and when we contacted them, they didn't even know we were the owners. Eventually, we discovered that it was the builder's parents who kept switching houses to fool new investors by promising reliable tenants who would move soon and pay rent on time.

For two years, we dealt with negative behavior and no rent on time. The realtor ignored our calls and messages right after the purchase. We finally went to see our house in Edmonton (we live in Surrey) and found out he had lied about building a balcony and deck, which were never built.

We asked him numerous times to finish his work, and he kept promising he would. When we decided to sell the house due to high interest rates, he offered to handle the sale but did no promotion or open house, forcing us to rent it out again. We ended up paying $500 monthly out of pocket.

We switched realtors and managed to get an offer. We informed the new realtor that the unfinished work would be completed. However, Jagdeep started ignoring our calls and texts again, making excuses for two months, causing us to lose the offer due to the unfinished work. As both the realtor and the builder, it was his responsibility to get things done on time.

Overall, we are in a loss of more than $60K because we trusted this realtor. I will add proof of his behavior in other reviews. Avoid this realtor at all costs.
