I met Jake at an open house for a listing he had in our neighborhood. I found him to be professional, and with a good knowledge of our community. He subsequently came to evaluate our home, and it came down to choosing Jake over two other agents that also came to our home. One of the sales persons made promises just to get our business that I knew could not be achieved. Jake is not like that. He gives an opinion or options, and then lets the home owner make up their own mind. He sold our house within a short period for full asking price, and did everything he promised to do to market our home.
