James helped us through every step of our house sale. He came very highly recommended both personally and professionally, and he proved himself to be very trustworthy.
Our family had purchased but never sold a home before so we had a lot of questions. James not only answered our questions, he made the process as simple as possible.
He worked around our schedule, and went above and beyond for us (in spite of the fact he could have been involved in much more lucrative deals at the time.)

James is the absolute best and I can't say enough good things about him! If anyone is looking to sell or buy, he will go above and beyond for you. When selling our house, he ensured we got the best possible outcome. From our first meeting and onwards, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He helped us stage our home with professional photos and videos, and targeted social posts. He generated a lot of interest in the market that gave us the best outcome. When setting up showings for purchasing our new home, he worked with our availability. He did through research on any property we were interested in. He will develop a strategy to ensure you walk away happy with your purchase or sale. When we had questions, he was very prompt in returning our texts or calls and always took the time to answer our questions (no matter how silly or stupid the question). He kept us updated throughout the process and gave us of peace of mind that our sale and purchase were in excellent hands. If you are looking to buy or sell, James is your best choice ?

Amazing realtor. James helped me buy my first house and the process could not have gone smoother. Thank Goodness for James when buying a house during COVID. James had the ability to keep me from completely losing my mind when trying to buy a house during COVID. My husband and I had very different ideas about what we thought we "needed" James made sure to keep us on track and budget... Even during the bidding wars kept reminding us not to feel defeated and to just keep focusing in on what was actually important to us!
We managed to get exactly what both of us needed without going over budget!
James was amazing, fun and razor focused on helping us get our dream! 100% recommend!
