Our home was listed for over a year with plenty of showings but no offers. A friend recommended I contact James and we had a long meeting where James took the time to explain to us the current market conditions, what he saw as the right strategy to get our home sold. It was apparent that James was both very knowledgeable and passionate at about what he does. We followed his advice and within 6 weeks we had a sold sign on our front lawn. There aren't enough stars in this rating system to give James what he deserves, he has our highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed if you choose James to get your home sold.

James made buying our first home a hell of a lot less confusing. He’s very straight forward and doesn’t try to skirt past any negatives of the property in order to get you to buy. He’s down to earth, easy to get along with and he genuinely wants you to be happy with your home, he’s not just looking to make quick cash. I have recommended him to multiple friends and I will definitely be using him When our family outgrows this home and to buy a bigger one!
