James is a no nonsense guy who gets the job done. He’s easy to deal with, clear with what he needs from you and then takes it from there. James communicated clearly and gets back to you quickly. He provided me with multiple options and was clear on the benefits of each. He really does work around the clock. Was reachable by email, calls and texts. James works around the clock to get the deal done...pretty sure he doesn't sleep lol. He is passionate, caring and professional. He has worked so hard on getting my mortgage done. Harder then I think he's ever had to work on any transaction. He's one of the most hard working people I have ever met. I can not recommend him enough. James was awesome in dealing with my mortgage requirements. I went through three brokers who advised they were not able to assist me but James took all my details and was so professional and led me through the 'mortgage maze' so efficiently and what seemed effortlessly - on my part - although I imagine quite complicated on his part, was able to connect me with the mortgage institution who also, seemed so effortlessly, provided me with the mortgage. I REALLY appreciated James' caring, friendly kindness and his expertise in getting the job done!!!
