I had the pleasure of working with James while selling my old house and buying my new one. James was a great help in purchasing the Green Meadows property. He assisted with location information about local retail, banking and services available in the area. As I was not familiar with the Morrell/Green Meadows area, this helped me to make a decision on purchasing the property. During the offer and negotiations stage, James was very responsive in the writing, submitting the offer and folliw-on negotiations. He was very timely in communicating the progress with me, as I was out of the province at the time. Once the offer was accepted, he quickly set about closing the deal and recommended a lawyer to complete the transaction.

Trusting a realtor to sell our home was not easy for us. We've not had good experiences with different realtors from off-island companies in the past. We decided we would try Royal Lepage here on PEI and we were fortunate that it was James Marjerrison who responded to our call. He spent time with us, answering questions and making suggestions.
