I just recently had the pleasure of working with James regarding the potential sale of my mom’s home to one of her grandsons. The family wanted to make sure that both my mom and her grandson were comfortable with the sales price of the home. I live out of town so he coordinated contractors for me, working with my tenant for entry. He communicates well. He's cordial but gets down to business, which I needed as a busy mom. I'd recommend him 1,000 times over if you want the best selling experience.
