Jami Joy was one of the most remarkable Realtors I’ve had the pleasure of working with, anywhere. She went above and beyond what anyone would expect of a realtor. She expertly negotiated with vendors, helped me negotiate the offer and stayed on top of every detail necessary to close the transaction. She contacted utilities on my behalf, tracked down long lost vendors for the buyer’s agent, arranged access to the property for inspections, and even expertly navigated some of my family drama…. The important question: would I hire/work with Jami again? Absolutely. I live outside of Canada and I cannot imagine sorting out a complex three parcel sale like this with a lesser Realtor. I strongly believe I might not have been able to close this deal without her expert guidance. She remained upbeat and cheerful from start to finish and whenever I saw her name on my caller ID I was delighted to answer. What more can you want in a realtor?

We contacted Jami after recommendation from a friend. She informed us of trends, marketing, how to prepare our home and set up a pre-sale home inspection. She kept in contact via phone, emails and texts and promptly replied to any inquiries we had. Jami is an excellent realtor who knows the finer aspects of waterfront and rural properties. She was calm and very professional, excellent negotiator. Her team is very efficient, photography, 3D imagery, social media, weekly traffic reports on our property and being marketed on both the Toronto the Barrie MLS boards. We highly recommend Jami and thank her for a job well done in selling our home in a challenging real estate market.

Jami was an amazing realtor to deal with. Jami took the time to explain everything in detail with all the steps we needed to not only prepare our home to sell as well as during the whole sale process. Jami is an excellent agent. She is very knowledgeable, professional, organized and freely helped us out with the sale of our house, which was sold faster than expected. We had an offer the same day as the open house. (Great marketing). She explained the steps we had to follow and always made time to keep in contact with us to give advice and answer our questions.
She is the best choice for a real estate agent.

This comes late but better late than never! We interviewed who was going to sell our cottage resort as they are difficult to price and sell when there are not many around to compare to. Jami met with us, she came totally prepared, had done her homework and she made a very good first impression. So much so we had pretty much made up our minds immediately. She was professional throughout and sold our resort in less time than we expected. No need to consider anyone else! She is honest and treats you like an old friend. And she also became one during our business relationship. We highly recommend her!! Her sold signs are everywhere!
