Jason was my realtor for my first home purchase. I told him that I was looking for a lowrise that is dog friendly. He showed me a high rise that was cats only. Additionally, I ended up purchasing a condo that I found on my own from the realtor.ca app. He got the commission for that sale as well as a sale from my friend which I introduced to him.
