Let's be honest folks...buying a house for most people is not only stressful but also probably the single largest financial transaction in their life. Having a great realtor is a critical part of making the process go smoothly, and their abilities, experience and responsiveness can either make things enjoyable or a nightmare. Jay Harnett is exactly what you want in a real estate agent. He knows the market, he takes initiative, takes the time to communicate and responds quickly to messages.

We wanted to move ahead quickly to sell our house and Jay came to the house to see what we was needed. He immediately came up with a plan and set it in motion. He arranged the house-stager and photographer so they would come quickly.

Jay took the time to answer all of my questions so I felt comfortable with the process. I really appreciated all of his advice and how he responded to my texts quickly too. At no time was I sitting and waiting, wondering what was going on. I knew what he was doing and what I had to work on.

All the pieces came together really well and the house was sold in a day-and-a-half, and at a price that we were really happy with.

If you are looking for a real estate agent who is ready to get things moving and gets good results, I would highly recommend Jay.
