Jeannie was amazing to work with, especially as first time home buyers. We had a limited knowledge of the home buying process but she patiently walked us through everything. There was no such thing as a silly question!

Her communication was great and she always let us know in advance if there would be a period of time where she wouldn’t be available. She took care of any problems that popped up and kept us in the loop/informed on what to expect next, making the whole process seamless.

We aren’t from Hamilton so Jeannie’s extensive knowledge of the city and its neighbourhoods was something we really relied on appreciated. She never discouraged us from checking out certain areas and gave us her honest opinion when we asked.

We purchased our first home in May 2023, and Jeannie really went above and beyond in helping us navigate the experience. We were living out west at the time, and I was only able to come to Hamilton for a few days. Jeannie cleared her schedule and made herself available as much as she could while I was in town, showing me a carefully curated list of homes within our budget and fitting our list of priorities. Her knowledge of Hamilton – as well as the different neighbourhoods it has to offer – made me really feel like I was in great hands, even in areas I didn’t know that well.

When we found a home and made an offer, Jeannie was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the process, and we feel we got an excellent deal without the frenzied energy lots of buyers experience.
