Everything was fantastic. Few very minor maintenance issues were corrected immediately. Jeeves also assisted with a very noisy neighbor. Everything in home was as advertised. Reservation process quick and easy and continuous updates before arrival were fantastic. Encore is gated community and well cared for. 15 minutes or so to Disney. Groceries and restaurants with in 4-5 miles, great location. Would definitely use Jeeves again and stay reunion encore.

Very nice home, all amenities a family or group would need. great setup, game room is definitely a plus. Pool is fabulous, overlooks conservation land. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen set up is great for cooking in. Ideal for a foursome, medium sized family or a couple of smallish families. Would definitely return!

The condo was clean and well kept. Everything worked just great. Wife and daughters loved the decor and safety. Pools were a welcome amenity. We will definitely come and stay again and recommend to all our friends who travel to Orlando. I will take advantage of the beautiful golf course next time. Good job Jeeves

We rented a home in Encore at Reunion through Jeeves. The splash pad/water park area at the clubhouse is absolutely amazing and a HUGE plus for families and kids of all ages. We're kind of neat freaks and don't think the house was especially spotless but at the same time it was clean overall and what you would expect for a rental home near Disney. We did have a couple issues during our stay which ended up being resolved after the fact. If you do experience any issues during your stay, make sure to email them and keep all communication. 4/5

We had the unfortunate timing of staying the week of hurricane Milton so we spent a lot of time in the house. The house is advertised as 12 bedrooms but I could only find 11 The pool alarm was annoying and had to call service several times and finally cut all wires to disconnect. Pictures are very accurate and kitchen was supplied with everything you need and then some.

Aweful! Multiple issues with no resolve. And 1 issue that took 3 days to fix. Smoke detectors chirping, playstation not working, pingpong ball busted, pool/hot tub that was paid to be heated and was broken before we arrived and we were never notified only to have a cold pool/tub for our vacation. Management wasnt much help either.

We had a few issues with this home. Circuit for one hot water heater tripped and would not reset until outside area by pool equipment dried out. Microwave quit working on Sunday. Carpet need really good cleaning and stairway to upstairs needs painting. Other than that all was great. We enjoyed the comfort of having all of us together and proximity to water park.

My family and I have visited Florida many times over the years. This has been the worst experience we’ve had. Two weeks before our visit we received an email stating that the lazy river would be closed for reconstruction, but that the main water park of the resort would still be open. When we arrived we found that the entire water park was closed. We also found toothpaste in one of our bathroom sinks and a dead moth in the sheets of one our beds. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The outside fire pit doesn’t work and the grill had no propane. The biggest issue we had was finding that our wash machine doesn’t work. When we called maintenance to fix it the estimated time of repair was 3-7 days which was the entire length of our trip. This totally inconvenience us and cost us funds that we didn’t have. We had to postpone the days we had scheduled for our disney world park visit because we didn’t have the means to wash our clothes. We also had purchased laundry detergent to wash clothes prior to learning that the machine was broken. When we asked for another property so that we can have working amenities or even to be compensated with dinner vouchers so that we can be offset the expenses incurred for having to purchase new clothes, we were told that there was nothing they could do for my family. This trip was something my family and I saved up for in order for my siblings to enjoy their first disney trip and this has been a horrible experience. This trip has cost us unexpected expenses and there has been repeated effort by the company to avoid compensating us in any way. Please do not waste any of your hard earned money on this rental property. You will definitely regret it. After purchasing grill food we even found that our grill doesn’t work. We essentially flew out of town and wasted our money and our time off from work to be in accommodations that were totally deceptive. We’ve had better stays at Formosa Gardens, and Champions Gate and Mystic Dunes. I would avoid Jeeves and reunion at all cost if you don’t want to ruin your family vacation!
