We've been working with Jenn and Colin for the past year looking for a place to live. The entire process from the initial meeting to the final purchase was beyond positive. In fact, one of the best qualities of Jenn and Colin is that they do go above and beyond in all aspects for their clients. From setting up showings and communicating with us over email (which Jenn leads), to the viewings which Colin leads, the professional and courteous way they treated us was such a relief. Never once did we feel pressured to settle for something that didn't fully meet our needs, not were we made to feel like we were being too picky. Additionally, once viewings started again, with covid restrictions, the process was made easy for us and we felt free to see places we were interested in.
