I ended up dealing with an estate of a good friend of mine with dementia this past April getting her moved from Langley to Regina. She had a car, perhaps 4000 items of contents and her home to sell that had not seen much attention to care for years. I was referred to Jenn and we were blessed to have such an amazing agent with great connections to get the home ready to sell then securing a good fair market value.
