I moved to Victoria, BC from India during the summer of 2020, at the peak of the pandemic and worldwide lockdowns. Jerome was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about Victoria. He was able to provide so much information long distance. He helped by giving virtual tours of the property and coordinating and communicating on my behalf when I couldn't be present. He's great at his work, and he's so kind and helpful and goes that extra mile. Because I had to quarantine when I arrived, Jerome had the house fully stocked up for us! If you’re looking for a realtor with integrity - one who is honest, responsive, patient, and professional - we highly recommend Jerome Peacock. Regarding Jerome's relocation services... to begin, please keep in mind that moving across the country (especially during COVID-19) is really difficult, but Jerome made this possible. Jerome showed us places over Facetime, with honest opinions, and always had our best interests at heart. Not only did we land an amazing place, he was kind enough to offer getting us groceries if we needed to quarantine, along with making sure we had the names and numbers of good local doctors and veterinarians.
