I’ve moved around a bit, and bought and sold a fair number of houses, and I’ve never had a realtor whose made much of an impression or engendered any sense of loyalty.

And then along came Jess.

Jess is in a class of her own. Her experience means she understands how to work successfully in the crazy market we now face, something not necessarily common in this area. She knows a lot about structure and so can point out strengths and weaknesses in potential homes, her advice is always on point, and she effortlessly pivots if your plans or needs change. Plus, she’s got a wealth of contacts that cover the entire spectrum of the buying/selling process, and can give great recommendations to help you put together a solid team.

On top of that, she’s the nicest person. I always looked forward to seeing her at viewings for the pleasant chats we’d have, outside of enjoying working with her. Her personality makes what can be a stressful process smooth and easy, and takes a lot of the strain off.
