Probably the most important attribute Jessica demonstrated was how she put our interests first.

Jessica demonstrated great strategic and tactical skills. We were out-of-province buyers, so before we even met Jessica face-to-face, she helped us to understand the Vernon real estate market. She spent time explaining the process and pointing out key details of the transaction.

When we were in Vernon, she made sure we got to see a variety of options and provided great information about the different areas of town.

When it came to negotiating the deal, she worked hard, kept us informed, and got us a great deal.

Then Jessica made sure we stayed on track with to-do lists and timelines. And on closing she made sure that it was seamless.
