Jessica is the best realtor in Central Alberta! She is honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. She's super creative with winning in a multiple offer situation and takes good care of the contract side of things too which is extremely important. She cares about selling you a home that is also a good investment, and really knows the market value of properties so you are protected in the future. She's built homes herself, and has done lots of flips so she's very smart with being able to point everything out in regards to build quality & materials, what to watch for, and is also brilliant with renovation tips and ideas. Inspections point items out too, but it's valuable to have a realtor who knows her stuff ahead of time. Having a realtor who has built homes, has decorating & staging expertise, is financially creative and who LOVES her job is a realtor you want to work with! She has helped us with our last 2 moves and is just fantastic!!!! Can't recommend her more.

Jessica helped us sell our home in Blackfalds and buy another home that was perfect for our family! She helped us with staging and decluttering & took amazing photos to make sure our home presented perfectly online to get the maximum amount of viewings possible.
