We purchased our house and acreage in Oliver in 2021 and love it. We would not have even found this place had it not been for Jill and her dedication to her job. She not only knows real estate but has worked in home renovation as well and is therefore very knowledgeable about house construction. One of the main things we liked about working with Jill was the fact that she never pushed or tried to sell us any of the homes we looked at (13 or so I believe) … she wanted us to find the one we wanted before proceeding. As well as being a very hard working and knowledgeable realtor, Jill is a truly caring person with her priority being her client, not a sale.

Jill goes above and beyond for her clients! We wanted to relocate to the okanagan from Vancouver and Jill helped us every step of the way. She would book showings at all the properties we were interested in, then go to them for us .. she knew exactly what we were looking for and if the property had potential, she would book another showing and we would travel from the coast to attend a second showing with her. Jill was so great to work with while we relocated back to our hometown. She coordinated with our selling realtor, our lender and the sellers of the home we purchased to get all dates etc ironed out for us. On closing/possession day she went the extra mile to have something removed from our new home left unexpectedly by the sellers, all before movers arrived, to make sure we had a great experience.
