I can’t even begin to explain the incredible experience I had with Jillian being my real estate agent. I was on Vancouver Island, moving home with 2 kids age 11&14 who had never lived anywhere but where they grew up, and I had this strong desire to return to Saskatoon to raise them in the city and surrounding area that I know can offer them everything they need right out their front door. But first, I had to find that front door, while sitting in Comox with the inability to just jump on a plane to see a house as the market was moving so fast. I explained to Jillian the area I wanted, the criteria I was looking for in a house, and my price range. This was risky business for me as I’m a person that trusts my gutt instinct and feel for things. In these moments I had to hand this over to Jillian. She was my Super Woman when I needed her in the biggest move of my life to date. In the future I hope I’m an easier client within city limits, but she worked wonders for my kids and I finding us our home that was instantly the cornerstone of our safety net here ?

She quickly addressed my questions, made sure I had all the information I needed to make decisions (even getting in an electrician in for a quote on short notice) and generally made the whole experience a good one.
