We just purchased our first house and after reading through some reviews, we decided to go with Jim.

We could not have ended up with a better realtor and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He guided us through every step of the offer and kept us up to date with everything that was going on throughout the purchasing process. He really went above and beyond and even caught multiple mistakes made by the sellers realtor.

This deal threw everything at us including the kitchen sink and Jim was able to navigate multiple hold ups to get the deal done on our original closing date.
