We have had an excellent experience with Jason Law and his team. Jason is trustworthy, down to earth, very tenacious, and hardworking. He will go the extra mile to take care of your property as he has treated our investment like his own. In the few months that we have switched to J&J Property Management we have had such a great experience. When looking for a home and rental property J &J made it so easy and stress free.
He showed me properties in my price range and was always on site with me when looking at the homes. I would definitely refer this company to others as the process is amazing and he got me into my home quickly.

J&J Investments is the most knowledgeable and upfront company that I have dealt with in a VERY long time! We have invested and set up a rental property through them. They think of EVERYTHING, things most would pass over and then would cause problems later on. And if they don't have an answer right away, they find the right answer to your problem. They're quick, efficient, and so nice to deal with that I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

J@J helped me every step of the way, from helping me find a reliable tenant to helping me do repairs on my property and finding trades people to help with fixes I couldn't handle on my own. They even went so far as to shovel the snow from my sidewalk after a storm when I was unable to get there and do it myself. I recommend J@J to anyone who has property and needs reliable management as they will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.
