My wife and I first met Joanne several years ago when we were wandering from open house to open house on our own without the benefit of a real estate agent.

Joanne was showing a home that had many features we were looking for, but unfortunately the home she was showing was way over our budget. Joanne was very friendly and we were instantly very comfortable with her, and we accepted her offer in our quest to find a new home.

Joanne showed us quite a few homes, and through this effort quickly learned what we loved and what we didn't like in a home. Through this exercise it didn't take long to find a home that my wife and I both loved.

Joanne made several suggestions into preparing our home for an 'open-house' showing which we followed. Three days later, to our bewilderment and awe, we accepted a full price offer and a "SOLD" sign was placed on our home.

We cannot say enough about how professional our dealings with Joanne were, and we would absolutely enlist her again if the opportunity presented itself where we needed home sales help again.

Joanne left us with a very positive and lasting impression so much that we still keep in contact with her.
