Would highly recommend Joe as a real estate agent! He is extremely knowledgeable - he was able to give my fiancee and I advice on what to look out for when viewing properties (possible asbestos, possible foundational issues, etc.). We initially put an offer on a property which was accepted by the seller, which we later found out we would likely need to upgrade the septic system.
