John just recently helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home, which we're both thrilled with. He was very flexible with his time, which was a big thing for us as the days/hours we were usually available for showings were often outside normal business hours. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and on time for showings, and we felt he had both a great understanding of and respect for what our needs/wants were throughout the process. We felt he really fought for us during the negotiation stage, and we couldn’t be happier with the final price we got for our new home.
