Earlier this year, my husband and I got serious about finding a new home for our growing family. We had bought the house we were living in from Jon’s clients 4 years before and he immediately came to mind! We never actually met Jon through the experience of buying from his clients, but I was familiar with him from his friendly visits in the neighbourhood. Following this exciting purchase, and again with the help of Jon and his amazing team, we turned things around very quickly to sell our home that we were upgrading from. We sold our home in less than 24 hours! This was incredible and a HUGE weight off of our shoulders! The listing price was set perfectly, and this was all thanks to Jon’s research and expertise of selling in this area.

From start to finish we cannot express the immense gratitude we have for Jon and his team. Even now that we are no longer “clients” of Jon’s, he remains a friend. He is a genuine human being with the utmost integrity in both work and life and I couldn’t recommend him enough!
