My experience working with Joseph was wonderful! The comparables were thoroughly researched so we were able to come up with a sales plan and asking price that got a lot of interest and some quick offers. The photographers and mappers used to add details to the listing were very professional and we’re on schedule. There were no surprises in the paperwork and the transition of ownership was smooth. 5/5!
