Josh Collins is the definition of a professional realtor! We first met Josh when he helped us buy our first home almost nine years ago and then recently helped us sell that same house. When selling our house, Josh was instrumental in helping getting our house sold at our listing price in just two days in a very unpredictable Fall 2024 market. The initial process started months in advance with Josh sitting down to meet with us at our house. He listened intently on our desire to sell and what we were looking for in order to make the move. He then took an extensive walk through of our house and providing honest feedback of areas that we could update to make the house more attractive to prospective buyers. His ability to understand current market trends and the wants of many buyers helped us look at the key areas of our house and make appropriate updates where needed. When listing the property Josh used his tools as a realtor to look at current market trends and price points for the given area of our house. He listened to our ideas of selling in terms of price, closing date, and acceptable conditions to help us come up with a comprehensive plan to ultimately sell our house at our listing price and within two days! He created beautiful website and listing photos that highlighted the features of our house along with the professional booklet and staging of our house for when potential buyers walked through to view it.
