JP is the best realtor you could choose to work with. He knows the neighbourhoods of Victoria really well, and he is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. He responded to my many (many) questions right away, day and evening. He explained everything really clearly for me and he went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a realtor. Jp is a really great person/realtor. We were first home buyers, so we did not know much about the fine details other than what we researched regarding buying a place. JP patiently listened, explained, and walked us through every step together. Me and my boyfriend just purchased a condo with him. This condo checked all our 'MUST' items, which is not an easy thing in Victoria with our budget. But we got it under the asking price and he also saved us from $13,000 in an upcoming special levy.
