Justine Pokrant was one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. It was the eleventh hour and our buyer couldn't get financed, within 30 min. Justine had another offer in hand, while going over the other offer he got a text informing him that the financing had been completed, for timing that was a one in a million text. He quickly responded and the next morning he had the original offer accepted all conditions removed and closed. Now that is efficient. He kept our stress levels down and did the job. This is what everyone wants in an agent, a positive close, and no stress. In the middle of all this happening, I was in the process of closing a purchase of another home in Alberta I had been referred to lawyers there, the company had 0 technology, and bringing up my stress levels to 10. They had sent papers to sign on line that were 40 years in the past, and I couldn't get them done, kept kicking my out. After hours working on this I called Justine to see if he would be so kind as to come down and help me I was at whits end. Justine came down and in a matter of 10 min, had helped me complete the papers online bringing my stress level to zero. Now that is an agent going beyond the call of duty by helping us with something that he gets nothing out of.
