Where to begin! I called Justin as the market was booming and I was uncertain if I should sell now. My plan was to sell in a couple of years and relocate closer to work when the kids were done school. He set up a meeting for a walk through and then we discussed what his plan would be to maximize the sale of my home and make things easy on me. With a well detailed plan to get lots of exposure for the sale of my current home/ Justin guided me to fix items to maximize my profit and what items not to fix as they would cost money with and wouldn’t impact the sale. Then before I know it my house was sold after 4 days of showings and multiple offers (less than a month since I started the process).
Now where was I going to move was a little concerning as I didn’t see any listings in my budget that I liked. Justin was positive he could help me find the perfect home and advised me of his plans if the right house didn’t come on the market. After looking at 6 or 7 properties we found the house that had the most potential in a great area. Justin was able to use his expert negotiation skills to get the house below ask which in turn gave me an immediate return on my investment in the current housing market. Justin was an absolute delight to work with. As a couple who were completely new to the housing market, he had no trouble explaining the many process that were needed to own our first home. Outlining the different expectations needed from us, as well as other professionals in the industry. We never felt in the dark about any details or process.

He was always easy to get hold of if we had questions or a request to see available houses. If he wasn't available himself, he always got back to us in a timely manner. Justin was also terrific in finding a house that fit our needs, making sure to point out potential flaws in houses we saw along the way.

A situation also occurred in the final days of our house purchase, that came unexpectedly and at no fault of our team.
